This is a news letter designed to inform the general public of news , events and other interesting information about the California Pines , Ca. recreational area which is located 11
miles West of Alturas , Ca . I think this information would be
especially interesting to people that are planning to buy property or an existing home in this area .
The first thing on I would think that be the agenda to find out is.. are there any jobs here in Modoc county ? Well , the answer to that is take a look in the Modoc County Record which is the only newspaper here in town . I guess the only answer is this ..... it depends upon what you do and if you are willing to take a pay cut in some cases . The next question that I would think that would come to mind is what property costs in the Cal-Pines area . That information can also be found in the Modoc Record Newspaper . Also I will list

I would suggest that if you are interested in property in Cal-Pines that you take a look at all of the Real Estate companies here in town, there are some very reasonably priced lots to build on priced between $2,500 to $5,000 dollars. ( at times ) Click on a Real Estate company and see!
